FIVE STAR CHEF - Matt Mellott is an accomplished ACF Gold Medal winning Chef who started his kitchen career at some of the finest five-star resorts across the country.
For more than 20 years, he has been a Chef in resorts, private, luxurious estates, and has developed restaurants and sports bars.
He graduated with honors in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts and Western Illinois University, respectively.
